About Beer Filter Housing
These 10inch filter housings can use our 10 inch washable reinforced filter 1 micron (suitable for filtering beer) cartridge.
Features:
– Clear high pressure housing
– Purge valve to expel air pockets
– ½” BSP inlet and outlet
– Brass threaded ports for durability
– Comes with 2 x Hose barb 8mm x 1/2 BSP male for inlet and outlet
– Compatible with other 10” filter systems
These units come with 1/2 inch brass sockets for the inlet and outlet, allowing for use with a large range of fittings. Common fittings would be 8 mm barbed (included x 2) Or 8mm push in fittings, 6mm, or 13mm stainless steel barbs. Teflon tape (or similar) will be required to seal the threads when using.
Suitable for pressures up to 60psi, if using with mains pressure above this it is recommended to use a pressure reducing valve
