R & L Hope Pty Ltd T/A Mikes Home Brew regards Terms and Conditions and Customer Privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following terms and conditions and privacy policy applies to all R & L Hope Pty Ltd users, and conforms to internet privacy standards. Mikes Home Brew does not currently use a Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
We currently do not use a fully automated payment system.
We currently only offer placing an order, once stock is checked, we will send you an invoice for payment by bank transfer.
Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order.
Once we check our Stock Availability and Shipping Costs – we will email you a revised Invoice with Payment details.
Once payment has been made, we will ship your Order.
We will send your order via Australia Post within 3-7 working days and you will be notified by email when your order is on the way to you.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
Please email us at shop@mikesbrew.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. R & L Hope Pty Ltd T/as Mikes Home Brew will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
